BREATHE is a six-week guided breathwork experience designed to increase nervous system capacity, reduce reactivity and help you feel steady in your body again.

Supports participants to develop practical life skills and strategies that improve independence in daily activities, including recognizing stress, managing emotions and practicing breathing techniques for regulation.
15_038_0117_1_3 – Training for Carers/Parents
Supports carers or parents to learn practical strategies to assist participants, including understanding stress responses, guiding breathing techniques and encouraging self-regulation in daily routines.
These skills help participants build independence and wellbeing, and carers support their learning.
NDIS supports are claimed in accordance with the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits and should be discussed with your plan manager or support coordinator prior to booking.
