EXHALE is a six week embodied transformation journey designed to help you release what you have been carrying and reconnect with the woman underneath the pressure.

Each week you gently let go of something that has been weighing on you.

Powerlessness.
Old patterns.
Emotional weight.
External noise.
The past.
The identity you have outgrown.

Week by week you begin to breathe again.

Not by forcing change.
But by releasing what was never yours to carry.

Awareness and understanding

Release and reconnection
Emotional weight begins to move through breathwork and guided practices.

Integration and forward movement
You reconnect with your inner voice and step into the woman you are becoming.

    You are supported to work with your breath in a way that meets you where you are.

    BREATHE is not about pushing you to feel more or do more.
    It’s about helping your nervous system feel safe enough to let go.

    The work is regulating, steady, and paced.

  • No.

    While there are deeper breathwork journeys, the container is regulation-first.
    Nothing is forced. Nothing is rushed.

    You are welcome to speak, or not speak, at any time.

    This is not a performative or processing-based space.

    Modifications are always available.

    If you have concerns, you are welcome to reach out before joining.

  • You will be guided to create a simple daily breath practice if it feels supportive.

    This is an invitation, not an obligation.

  • Replays are provided for integration.

    You can move through the work in your own time if needed.

    People who have tried insight, rest and self-work and know something deeper is needed.
